The short version

This is a personal website. It does not use cookies, tracking, analytics or advertising, it does not load anything from third-party servers, and it has no contact forms or user accounts.

Hosting

This website is hosted on GitHub Pages, a service of GitHub, Inc., 88 Colin P. Kelly Jr. Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit the site, GitHub processes technical data that your browser transmits automatically in order to deliver the website, in particular your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, the referrer and information about your browser and operating system. GitHub may store this data in server log files to keep the service secure and stable.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR: I have a legitimate interest in presenting this website reliably and securely. Data may be transferred to the USA. Such transfers are based on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision of the European Commission) and, where applicable, the EU standard contractual clauses. Fonts

The fonts used on this website are hosted locally. No connection to third-party font servers (such as Google Fonts) is made when you visit the site.

Contact by email or phone

If you contact me by email or phone, I process the data you provide (for example your name, email address, phone number and message) to answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, or Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if your request relates to a contract. I delete the data once it is no longer needed, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

External links

This website links to external platforms such as Instagram, Spotify, YouTube and websites of my projects. These are plain links: no data is transmitted to these platforms until you click one. After that, the privacy policy of the respective platform applies.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the personal data stored about you (Art. 15),
• have incorrect data rectified (Art. 16),
• have your data erased (Art. 17),
• restrict processing (Art. 18),
• data portability (Art. 20),
• object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (Art. 21).

To exercise these rights, an email to madebyrazz@gmail.com is enough. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
